Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform standard tasks under punctual supervision.
  • Has enough experience on the routine job, deals with regular issues & provides solution.
  • Limited ability of explaining the application of the processes in the specified skills.Participates in process improvements activities for organizational growth.
  • Able to produce quality reports widely accepted by customer and able to meet customer requirement.
  • Building Strategic Working Relationships with interested parties, Clear Communication, and Customer Focus.
  • Effective execution of all the functional activities as assigned

Business Management System:

Knowledge – Aerospace Standards and associated SAE and ASTM Standards:

Key standards are:

  • AS9100: QMS standards AS9145: Aerospace APQP and PPAP Business Management System implementation:
  • Follow Company Business Management System in compliance to Aerospace standards and organizational requirements as applicable to work area (e.g., Supplier Quality, Inspection, Metrology, Audits).
  • Follow aerospace regulatory requirements as per defined process.
  • Participate in business system internal audits, external audits, customer audits, publish reports, follow up for closure to planned schedules.
  • Conduct Process Audits to schedule.
  • Acquire required skills to work with, Subversion, JIRA, Team center, MS Office tools, etc.
  • Effective management of Corrective & Preventive action to assigned quality function (e.g., Supplier Quality, Inspection, Metrology, Audits).
  • Use of Quality tools and their application (e.g., 7 QC Tools, Root Cause and Corrective Action) for process.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Automobile Engineering or equivalent with demonstrated knowledge in the areas as detailed in this profile. Work

Experience (Years): 2 to 4 years of expertise in Aerospace, Automotive or similar industries.
