We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / TVS / Hero / Honda / Bajaj etc. for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

Work Experience & Qualification:-

  • Work Experience:- min 2 Yrs of Sales Team Leading / Managing of min 20 executives.
  • Qualification:- Graduation (MBA preferred)

Job Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow (ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, लखनऊ)- Only Local / Permanent Resident of Lucknow will select (केवल लखनऊ के मूल / स्थानीय निवासिओंंका ही चयन होगा।)

Interview Round:- 1st Round Telephonic & 2nd Round Face to Face at Lucknow Head Office

Key Requirements:-

  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
  • Basic computer skills – Mail, MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Two Wheeler & Valid Driving License

Job Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • Salary:- Rs. 25,000-30,000/- per month (Negotiable) +
  • Minimum Monthly Incentive Rs 5,000-*8,000/- (as per performance) +*
  • Travel Allowance (Reimbursement) + Dearness Allowance +
  • Will be covered under PF & ESIC benefits. +
  • Will be provided Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental Insurance and Rs.1 Lakh Medical Insurance.
