Job Overview: Anisotropic Private Limited is actively seeking a qualified Operational Manager will play a pivotal role in the daily functioning of Anisotropic, ensuring that the wheels of the start-up turn smoothly. Reporting directly to the founder, this role is not just about overseeing operations but actively participating in the daily activities, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the team through the unique challenges a start-up faces.

Responsibilities:

– Day-to-Day Employee Engagement: Actively participate in daily operational activities, providing guidance and support to all employees.

– Direct Reporting: Maintain a clear line of communication with the founder, ensuring they’re updated on all significant operational aspects and any challenges faced.

– Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve challenges specific to startups, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

– Operational Analysis: Monitor daily operations to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and take corrective action.

– Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to ensure synchronized, efficient work processes.

– Mentorship: Guide and mentor employees, fostering an environment of learning and continuous improvement.

– Technology Alignment: Ensure all operations align with the technological aspects of the industry, leveraging tools and software for enhanced efficiency.

– Process Implementation: Establish and maintain operational guidelines, processes, and best practices suitable for a technology-based startup.

– Financial Oversight: Monitor operational budgets, ensuring prudent financial decisions without compromising quality.

– Compliance & Regulation: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure Anisotropic’s adherence, upholding the company’s reputation and integrity.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. While Master’s degree is advantageous.

– Solid experience in operational management or a similar role, specifically within technology-based industries.

– Prior experience or understanding of the challenges and dynamics of start-ups.

– Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

– An ability to navigate the multifaceted operational challenges of a start-up environment.

– Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to daily operations.

– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.49 – ₹150,000.00 per month
