Position Overview:As a Receptionist at Himalayan Builders and Promoters Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department, taking messages when necessary.
Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with sign-in procedures, issue visitor badges, and notify staff of guest arrivals.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments and conference room bookings for meetings and interviews.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Information Dissemination: Disseminate information to employees and visitors regarding office policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Security Monitoring: Ensure the security of the office by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activity.
Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and provide information about our company and services.
Team Communication: Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth office operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
