Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized executive manager for our backend operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing various backend processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Director and other team members to streamline operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement efficient backend processes and workflows.
Oversee day-to-day backend operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Team Coordination: Supervise and provide guidance to the backend team, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.

Data Management: Maintain and organize important data, documents, and records for easy access.
Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, facilitating effective communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in backend operations or a similar role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and data management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,750.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
