Labcorp Hiring for Intranet & Web Content Mangement (Hybrid Role) at Bangalore, India Full Time

As an Intranet & Web Content Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our enterprise organization’s SharePoint intranet. You will also work with our website technical and product teams to publish content on our websites. In this role, you will:

• Drive our intranet portal strategy and lead the effort to modernize our SharePoint framework

• Create the site architecture and roadmap for a world-class intranet that embraces a consistent, employee-centric, mobile-first experience

• Lead publishing of content on SharePoint

• Develop policies, standards and a governance structure to ensure effective and engaging intranet content as the site continues to evolve and best meet the needs of business stakeholders

• Support day-to-day intranet publishing, including uploading content and ensuring visuals support storytelling efforts across intranet and website

• Aid in driving engagement across the enterprise, encouraging platform adoption

• Lead ongoing intranet optimization efforts

As part of this role, you will also use project management skills to:

• Define communications standards and monitor compliance in partnership with key stakeholders, user groups and vendor partners

• Build relationships with and gain buy-in of stakeholders at all levels and actively manage communications with partners

• Manage enterprise intranet master content calendar

• Support web content publishing

• Work closely with global content owners, lead tactical publishing and maintain overall quality control of the site

• Communicate intranet metrics and analytics to key stakeholders to demonstrate site effectiveness and engagement

Skills

• Expertise in/familiarity with SharePoint for intranet applications

• Proven work experience as a web publisher in various enterprise-level content management systems (AEM experience preferred)

• High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies

• Strong writer with a high level of attention to detail and experience in content development and execution strategies

• Basic graphic design experience

• Ability to think strategically, apply organizational skills and work in a collaborative team environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, progressive and dynamic environment

• Proven to take initiative and work under pressure

• Ability to work with senior business leaders and across different stakeholder groups to drive consensus

• Ability to adapt to cultural differences and work in a global environment

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of Corporate Communications experience, with at least 3 years working on corporate intranets and publishing efforts

• 1+ year of web content publishing experience
