Key responsibilities

• Invoice tracking and approvals for vendors

• Facilitating approvals of INR & FX invoices – getting volumes validated by operational teams and cross-checking pricing via contracts.

• Maintaining the invoice tracker daily.

• Submission of approval/ contract evidence related to invoices to various audit teams.

• Data collation

• Data sharing with Product teams.

• Work with relevant stakeholders in India Business to identify process optimization and ways to increase efficiencies in clearing the invoices in a timely manner.

• Manage the cost of card member reporting, including but not limited to generating information related to forecasting and accruals.

• Support projects, process improvement/ benefit initiatives, with full analysis and root cause identification of problems.

• Monthly accruals

• Mapping payments to accruals.

• Collecting inputs for monthly accruals.

• Creating first cut accruals for consumer and corporate cost of cardmember benefit expenses.

• Collection and management of quarterly compliance reviews for all TRM vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work under time pressure.

• Ability to collate numerical information very accurately.

• Excel skills

• Ability to document discussions completely and accurately.

• Graduate

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with invoice payments

• Familiarity with accruals
