HCLTech Looking For Litigation Manager at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Full Time

· Support litigation, regulatory, Government affairs, compliance of the Company

· Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program in the region & ensuring compliance among others

· Ensure HCL’s operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. Also, Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

· Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership, mentoring, and writing skills.

· Conduct or support internal/external audits and investigations.

· Prepare audit reports, corrective action plans, and appropriate MIS as required.

· Keeps up to date on relevant regulation/requirements and leverages our industry memberships to level with peers on relevant issues/changes on regulations impacting the IT-BPO industry that may be relevant to the company

· Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering compliance with regulatory agencies

· Leads the compliance activity of the company on regulatory reporting processes, lodgments, submissions, applications

Position Requirements:

· Graduate/Law Graduate from a premium college/Law school.

· Must be a go-getter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/ litigations at once, follow through and meet deadlines

· Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor

· Strong business acumen & analytical skills.

· Travel at short notice and frequent travel.

· Good communication skills and proficient in English as well as local language

· Integrity and professional ethics

· Teamwork skills

· Attention to detail
