Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans for the expansion and enhancement of business operations across South East Asia.
• Market Penetration: Drive market penetration strategies, identify growth opportunities, and establish a strong market presence in alignment with business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, maintaining strong communication channels across various departments and regions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15-20 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably with exposure to South East Asia markets.
• Strong strategic acumen with a deep understanding of the automotive landscape in the region.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
