L&T – Water & Effluent Treatment Hiring for HIRING : Engineer / Manager – Precast at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India Full Time

Total Experience – 8 Years To 15 Years

Education qualification – Diploma / BE – Civil

Job location – Project sites in MP

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Working experience with precast elements like Beam, Column, Wall Panel, Staircase, Slab, Girders (I, U & Box), Pier & Pier Cap, Segmental Construction, etc.

2. Setting up the yard as per the layout drawings with skill to modify suiting site requirements / conditions

3. Ensuring precise assembling and maintenance of moulds

4. Material requisitions for bulk & specialized items, and periodic reconciliation & reporting

5. Systemising reinforcement tying for modular delivery and faster cycle time

6. Monitoring for quality precasting and timely safe demoulding & stacking as per good engineering practices / drawings

7. Should have knowledge of various versatile concrete mix designs and automated batching & batching plants

8. Hands on experience in Production planning – Requirement Vs Stock Vs Capacity of Yard – Skill to augment moulds suitably

9. Measures to make uninterrupted availability of curing system – Moist / Steam

10. Knowledge on testing of all materials including water – book keeping & review with quality engineer

11. Thorough of transportation logistics and plan – keep a well-trained crew for loading & unloading

12. Have reasonable knowledge in fabrication of steel moulds & rectification on site

13. Confidence to revert to design office for any change in precast design on constructability aspects

14. Exposed to global current innovative practices in precasting

15. Experience in crisis management in precast works added advantage.
