Job Description

Provides FSP leadership to department responsible for FSP budgets, utilization, quality and compliance with company and departmental guidelines and procedures.

Acts as senior operational liaison for FSP clients and provides governance oversight as contracted.

Overall responsible for functional FSP partnership deliveries to ensure client satisfaction and to support PPD revenue growth.

Drives cross department FSP communications and participates in FSP company initiatives and strategies.

Collaborates with Business Development to help secure and retain business.

Instrumental in bringing new business to PPD through bidding activities, attending bid defense meetings and developing dynamic FSP strategies.

Through professional organizations, conferences, seminars etc. consult and cultivate decision-makers and decision influencers with existing and new sponsors.

Actively promotes FSP through print/digital media, engages sponsors through conferences, special interest groups and networking activities.

Manages resources and workload across functional FSP partnerships with focus on achieving or exceeding utilization targets, proper adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Supports HR activities for allocated FSP team.

Performs ongoing performance appraisals and supports staff development for direct reports.

Ensures adherence to Corporate, FSP and Department policies and procedures and effectively manages quality and training compliance
