Job Purpose

Person will be responsible to process Government e-Market Place and other Government agency business transactions

Job Duties & responsibilities

Processing & managing Agency, Government, Tax Accounts & Domestic Payments

Should have the ability to handle queries for Government e-Market Place and Government Agency Business.

Should have sound knowledge of handling GeM, Agency business and RBI regulations for the same.

Improve operational Controls and ensure Compliance to all regulations.

Analyzing & Improvising various transactional reports & Customer Advices.

To perform reconcilation for the process.

Assist in reviewing/developing Department Operating Instructions and ensure adherence of Policy and Procedures.

Query Handling for External & Internal stakeholders for transactions.

Management & Regulatory Reporting.

Effective Relationships with Direct Reports, Senior Management, Internal & External Customers.

Constantly monitor the productivity of the team, create effective back up & ensure transparent conduct of the employee assessment process.

Required Experience

1-3 years experience in processing / reconciling government agency transactions.

Ability to work in Shift and flexible hours

Knowledge of GeM transactions, Government Agency business and Domestic Payments

Ability to learn new products

Good team Player

Regulatory background

Education / Preferred Qualifications – Minimum of graduation from recognised university
