What will you do? .

• Develop and Design new Power BI Dashboards, end-to-end starting with the requirements, query building, report deign, development and Deployment!

• Perform requirement analysis and co-ordinate with the end users to develop the new Power BI Dashboards

• Managing and Maintaining the Power BI Gateways and upgrading the same as per Microsoft Releases

• Single point of contact to answer any Power BI performance issues, slowness, and getting in touch with MS team crafting support tickets.

• Works on the SNOW and JIRA tickets as per the priorities

• Works on SNOW and Jira tickets on Daily Issues related to Operations and Admin activities

• Working in fast-paced environment, self-directed, and run concurrent priorities.

• Support all the tickets assigned to Power BI group

• Maintain all the Existing Dashboards created in the ETO & EDP Workspaces

• Maintain & Manage the Gateways & respective Upgrades.

• License Management, Workspace management & Capacity Management.

• Hosting & coordinating the Monthly user trainings.

• Coordinating with MS for Power BI outage and product issues

How will you get here

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent is required.

• Having Certifications in Microsoft Power BI is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 5+ years working experience in delivering data & Analytical solutions via PowerBI

• Hands on Experience in SQL queries.

• Strong hands-on experience on Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• Solid Experience on Data Modelling & Using DAX Expressions

• Experience on Power BI Admin concepts (Licensing, Gateways, Capacities, Workspaces)

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal and customer interaction skills.

• Excellent Analysis and business requirement documentation skills.

• Knowledge of SNOW Or Jira or any ticketing tool is preferable.

• Ability to work with multi-functional teams from multiple regions/ time zones by optimally demonstrating multi-form communication (Email, MS Teams for voice and chat, meetings)

• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills.
