Requirements

• 4-8 Years of relevant experience
• Should have cleared CS Professional (LLB preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Arranging timely Board and Committee meetings by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with different organizational and statutory requirements.
• Arranging timely Annual General Meeting.
• Maintaining Statutory Records.
• Keeping track of amendments, updates and changes in Corporate laws, statutory and regulatory framework and make recommendations to ensure compliance with such rules, regulations and laws.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable SEBI Regulations.
• Preparation and finalization of Quarterly Compliances.
• Drafting and implementation of SOPs, process notes, policies etc. for implementation of management decisions and statutory and regulatory

Requirements : Liaise with statutory bodies and government agencies.
