Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 11 years of experience managing dynamic projects involving resources, priorities, and changing workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with projects that have an impact on business operations across international markets.

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.

The Platforms and Ecosystems product area encompasses Google’s various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications). The products provide enterprises, and ultimately end users, the ability to utilize and manage their services at scale. We build innovative and compelling software products—from apps to TVs, from laptops to phones—that have an impact on people’s lives across the world.

• Build robust and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders within and outside Platforms and Ecosystems and core Product Areas to realize the collective outlook of the team.

• Lead transformational initiatives across the organization, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. Foster strategic partnerships to ensure the provision of state-of-the-art vendor operations support.

• Demonstrate adeptness in managing a diverse range of executive stakeholders, comprehend operational challenges, formulate strategies for effective outcomes, and execute relentlessly to fulfill commitments. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to maintain strategic alignment and effectively communicate with various teams.

• Conceptualize, launch, and drive programs to achieve sustainable scalability and continuous improvement of operational processes through suppliers.

• Report on the health of vendor operations and Service-level agreement (SLA) delivery in multiple forums with executive stakeholders, providing appropriate levels of detail and escalating as necessary.
