I am a Food technology graduate currently working as a QC (trainee) in Taj sats Air catering Ltd, Goa. I have experience in verifying and monitoring of documentation and record keeping and have knowledge in system handling and basic prompt engineering .I also have a prior experience of working in Lulu flight kitchen as QC trainee and have also completed few professional certification courses and trainings as well:
1) HACCP level 3
2) fostac food safety supervisor (level2)
3) ISO 22000:2018
4) Food safety management (level4)
I am very much interested in starting a career as a Hygiene officer in Taj Exotica resort and spa. Kindly verify the attachments below and inform me if you find me suitable for this position.
