Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m thankful to you for getting the opportunity to apply for the post of Chief LIbrarian in your University. I am delighted to append my CV with the intention of working in your reputed organization through your placement section. I have 31+ years of experience in Digital Library systems, E-resources Management, Learning Resource Management and Knowledge Management, Learning Systems, and Training Management. I am an efficient library professional who has been consistently praised as proactive. I am a creative thinker with strong management skills. I have established an Institutional Library from the root level. I have managed training for 250 employees with great success. I have collected at least 35 pieces of tacit knowledge and stored it as explicit knowledge in a span of two years with my earlier company. I am very much eager to share my knowledge with newcomers in Library and Information Science.

I am a Ph. D. in Library and Information Science. I am M. Phil, M. L. I. Sc, B. Sc (Chem) with an E – MBA in Human Resource Management. I am confident to contribute to Knowledge Management and project documentation. I also have a handful of experience in Literature Surveys for Research and development and materials Library Management. Successfully faced NAAC, NBA, and AICTE audits in Institution and have experience in documentation for audit. I have excellent teaching experience also. I teach Maths., Science and English. I am able to give lectures on various aspects of Management.

I have also worked on ISO 9000, and 14000 documentation. I was a full-time co-coordinator for the Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and Environment Management (Gardening and Landscaping) system in one of my previous organizations.
