The team you will be a part of:

The Finance Operations team reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals and reports in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or the 8th Company Law Directive. Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

This role in summary:

Responsible for Invoice processing, Payment processing, Accounts Payable accounting and MIS

Your responsibilities will include:

• Validation and Processing of domestic invoice

• General Accounting on day to day basis

• Checking GSTR2 & Its correction

• Validation of freight invoices as per SOA

• Rejection note booking

• Processing of Advance payment and their clearing

• Stakeholder management

• Ensure correct deduction of TDS

• Knowledge of DN/CN booking

• GST knowledge

• MIS/Reporting

• Preparation of the prepaid schedule & Insurance knowledge

Minimum requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)

• 2 to 5 Year experience in Accounts Payable

• Good communication skill

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP Knowledge

• Knowledge of Google Drive
