My journey in the Indian Navy, serving as a Head of Technical Operations and Project Manager (Aircraft Maintenance and Operations), was marked by executing critical projects valued at 600 Crores. From overseeing aircraft acceptance trials valued at 450 crores to spearheading infrastructure setups for new air squadrons worth 2 crores, I orchestrated complex projects from conception to completion.

Among my proudest accomplishments was the successful recovery of a crashed aircraft at sea, safeguarding a 150-crore asset, and implementing inventory management optimizations that slashed unused stores by 35%. Emphasizing safety, efficiency, and collaborative teamwork, I achieved an outstanding 93% average serviceability rate for critical air assets, while implementing robust strategies for operational efficiency and safety.
