Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

• Financial Planning & Analysis across the 3 time horizons (SP Plan, AC plan & Quarterly Plan) in service of meeting TopLine & bottom line targets
• Preparing & updating the Latest View (P&L) on a rolling basis at the right frequency (SP plan on an annual basis, AC plan on a quarterly basis, Quarterly plan on a monthly basis) at Product X Geography X Channel level
• Analysing gaps (issues) Vs plan; Identifying potential opportunities to maximize growth

• Preparing & proposing plans & projects to meet the gaps / maximize opportunities in consultation with the larger cross functional team
