• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering from tier 1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITs, ICT and similar institutes)
• 3-7 plus years of proven experience overseeing operations of a range of renewable and similar projects
• Implementation of SOP’s
• Operations of Manure and composting plant
• Coordinate for logistics of manure
• Check quality of feedstock and manure
• Disposal of plant discharges as per norms
• Reporting of various MIS
• Support Asset Creation Team during Project Execution Period
• Supervise and follow implementation of safety procedures and processes in the fields
• Ensure risk assessment and tool box talk prior to job execution
• Support the senior in monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting & expediting maintenance
• Provide field supervision for shutdown, start up and preservation
• Ensure Yield and Uptime guarantees
• Achieving of targeted yield and conversion cost
• Ensure safe operations of assets
• Required to work closely with Project Team during the development phase, with other internal teams during construction, including Portfolio Management team and external advisors
• Proven experience succeeding in a complex stakeholder environment, with strong relationship building and influencing skills and the ability to drive change
• Coordinate between Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil groups to ensure smooth functioning of work
• Monitor Operation cost and budgeting of the site
• Ensure execution and compliance to schedules
• Ensure system implementation & discipline
• Ensure HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance
• Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security
• Preparation of daily reports on the Plant performance highlights, raw material and Utilities consumption reports. Member of Auxiliary Fire Squad.
• Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety & Waste management), in the fields
• Monitoring of the consumption of the raw materials and utilities, shift wise
• Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plant with reduction of flare loss
• Highlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality
• Follow up with maintenance departments to expedite planned / unplanned maintenance activities, reporting of near-miss incidents
• Reduce effluent/waste generation
• Monitor and track raw material receipt & products dispatch
