I am a graduate in Food Technology and having 6 years of experience in food industry specifically in R&D department. I have worked as a Quality Assurance executive at KLF Nirmal industries pvt ltd for 3 years and worked as a R&D executive at Mosons extractions Pvt Ltd for 3 years. I have a strong knowledge in new product development, quality assurance,microbial testing, shelf life testing, sensory evaluation, process implementation, packing material selection, product costing. I have a strong understanding in food safety and quality control. I am familiar with labeling standards. I have worked on SOP documentation and in experience on HACCP guidelines and I have attended vari FOSTAC trainings. I have done HACCP, VACCP & TACCP, internal auditor-ISO 22000;2018,GMP trainings.I have experience in Ms office. I have completed Food Quality Auditor program from IGMPI recently.
