Facilitate land acquisition, site selection and land sourcing for expansion of existing mine / various project requirements.

Maintaining and updating land records.

Acquisition of land for upcoming projects.

Appropriate negotiation with the stake holders viz villagers, Govt. authorities etc for purchasing direct land in company’s interest. Coordination with revenue department and assist

Sr. Manager in functional roles.

Land

Assist senior manager land for smooth function of department

To get the mutation of land purchased in favour of company

Land Documents Verification, Negotiation, Field demarcation and Land purchase with Amin/Surveyor.

Prepare Bansawali with proper verification by Competent Authorities

Execution, Registrations of Agreements.

• To settle and manage Hostile Community in company interests.

• Land demarcation and possession.

• Understanding government administrative set up and also the District and state administration related to land and their statutory clearance process.

• Visit to local Govt. officials and developing relationship.

Lease

Maintain Land and Lease records of overall Lease area.

Conduct filed visits for ascertaining claims of various tenants and illegal possession related to acquisition of land within and outside.

Coordinate and follow-up at Block and District Level Govt. Officials in Mining Department for processing of Mining Lease application.

Legal

Prepare MIS of cases filed/ pending in Civil/ SDM/LRDC courts and make necessary follow upfor early disposal

Maintain record of legal stationery consumed

Verify bills of advocates/ retainer lawyer

Skills

Work experience in Land Acquisitions/Land Purchase, Mutation, negotiations with stake holders.

Understanding and interpretation of applicable laws

Interpersonal relationship

Influencing and networking

Other Details

Graduate in any discipline

Preference will be given to candidate having LLB degree
