Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters in Food Technology

Experience: Should have 8+ years of experience in Food Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing , Quality Control and Quality Assessment:

Conducting product testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

QA/QC checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

Working on detailed SOPs for safety, quality, vendor evaluation and logistics.

Research and Development:

Supporting research and development efforts to improve existing products and develop new ones.

Conducting experiments and trials to optimize product formulations and processes.

Prepare reports on latest trends and discourses in the food industry.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Providing insights to inform product development and quality control decisions.

Food Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and research and development.

Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Inspection and audit of vendor facilities and adherence to SOPs.
