Collection Manager for Enterprise & PSU accounts. Handling 45 accounts of all KK PSU’s and enterprise accounts with a quarterly billing of Rs. 65mn , accountable for end to end closure of an invoice which includes – Invoice submission / Payment reminders / Payment postings / TDS postings / CN in case of disputes. Compliance parameters such as VAN / AFC & LTC driven with utmost efficiency. Ensuring less than 0.5% bad debt in my portfolio and driving with all efforts to reach to 0% bad debt.
