My academic journey, which includes a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and exceptional scores in my ISC and ICSE examinations, has laid a solid foundation in commerce and finance.

My professional experience as an Article Assistant at D.B Desai & Associates has equipped me with practical knowledge and skills in mergers and acquisitions, valuation and transaction restructuring. Notably, I have been involved in significant restructuring projects, including the consolidation of sugar manufacturing and power generation businesses and advising on merger and demerger options for cement companies. These experiences have honed my analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills, enabling me to contribute effectively to complex financial transactions and strategic decisions.

I am proficient in MS Office, including detailed report preparation in MS Word, presentations in MS PowerPoint, and financial modeling in MS Excel.

Beyond my technical skills, I have demonstrated leadership and creativity through various extra-curricular activities, such as heading the tabulation committee for my school fest and participating in business competitions. My interests in dance, sports, and cooking reflect my well-rounded personality and ability to balance professional and personal pursuits.
