I am writing to express my strong interest in the position of Advocate at Delhi Police With a robust legal background and seven years of experience as a sole practitioner in India, I am eager to contribute my expertise and dedication to your esteemed institution.
I graduated from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow, in 2012. Over the years, I have developed a diverse and comprehensive skill set through my practice in various courts across India, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, District Courts, and more. My experience spans several areas of law, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on legal issues and litigation.
In my role as an independent Advocate based in New Delhi, I have honed my ability to handle a broad range of litigation matters. My responsibilities have included:
• Representing clients in civil and criminal trials before multiple judicial bodies, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and District Courts.
• Managing banking and financial disputes in Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), as well as matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and SARFAESI Act.
• Dealing with commercial and civil suits, writ petitions, execution of decrees and awards, and service matters in various forums.
• Handling matrimonial disputes, property searches, and criminal trials, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in different legal contexts.
My tenure at JP & Associates, Katayal and Associates, and Satish Mishra & Associates has further refined my skills. At JP & Associates, I independently managed civil and criminal trials before District Courts and engaged in complex family disputes, NDPS cases, and more. My time at Katayal and Associates involved representing prominent clients such as HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank in a spectrum of legal matters. Similarly, at Satish Mishra & Associates, I addressed diverse legal issues, including bank loan disputes, cheque bounce cases, and SARFAESI matters.
