1. Select and manage suppliers based on the transparent and fair procedures through standardized bidding and quotation process.

2. Secure cost competitiveness by organizing the optimal vendor pool and selecting suppliers who provide the good quality and best price conditions through competition.

Job Description

• Sourcing, evaluation, finalization of suppliers from domestic, national & overseas markets and ordering, delivery completion and invoice submission for facility or admin operations like goods and services for

a) New equipment’s and Maintenance of equipment’s including air condition system, UPS, Gym equipments, Gym maintenance, Access Control systems, CCTV cameras, Logos etc

b) Stationery, housekeeping materials, sanitary consumables, pest control services, cafeteria supplies, food vendors etc.

c) disposal of e-waste, general waste,

d) Miscellaneous purchases on case-to-case basis like events, VIP visits,

e) employee relocations within/between offices, packing of outbound shipments, storage of documents or assets,

f) Facility upgrade and facility retrofit projects.

• Understanding end user requirements, obtain proposals through system (Bidding & Quotation Management system or Samsung procurement portal) based “Request for Quotation” process from right vendors, analysis using Total Cost of ownership approach, obtain technical evaluation feedback from end user wherever applicable and negotiation of terms including commercials.
• Vendor evaluation including review of registration status within Samsung system, recommendation of preferred (suitable) suppliers based on technical & commercial evaluation. Ensure internal approval process are adhered to in compliance with set guidelines for each transaction.
• Follow up for timely deliveries of goods and Services. Ensure relevant documents related to work completion report, warranty certificates, installation reports are provided to end user for their review and acceptance.
• Liaison with end user and finance team for acceptance of goods / services & on-time invoice processing.
• Ensure closure of each transaction upon release of payments to suppliers and open quantities via short close, if applicable on case-to-case basis.
• Hands on experience into Contract Management, negotiation of contract clauses, coordination with end user, legal team, finance to complete contract renewals process well in advance.

Additional Job Description

• Thorough understanding of SAP MM Module.
• MIS Report Preparation – Hands on experience in excel (expert level).
• Knowledge of purchasing practices and policies followed in similar industry.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within team and cross functional teams.
