Dear Sir/Madam,
Though I am a retired person, I love to be in my profession. I am hopeful to append my CV with the intention to contribute my skills and experiences in your reputed Institution. I have great experience in establishing a Library of Management Institution from the grass root level. I have managed a university library with 18 other sister libraries for 3 years. I have a total of 31 years experience with 27+ years experience in Digital Library system, E-resources Management, Learning Resource Management as well as Knowledge Management, Learning System and Training Management. I have established an Institutional Library from grass root level. I have managed the training department for 250 employees with great success. As part of Knowledge Management, I have collected at least 35 tacit knowledge and stored it as explicit knowledge in a period of two years in my earlier company.

I am Ph. D. in Library and Information Science with M. Phil, M L. I. Sc, B. Sc (Chem) and E – MBA in Human Resource Management. I am also confident to contribute in Knowledge Management, Project documentation. I have a handful of experience in Literature Survey for Research & Development, Materials Library Management. Successfully faced NAAC, NBA and AICTE audit in Institution and have experience of documentation for audit. I have excellent teaching experience. I teach Maths., Science and English. I am able to give lectures on various aspects of Management.

I have also worked on ISO 9000, 14000 documentation. I was full time co-coordinator for the Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) & Environment Management (Gardening & Landscaping) system in one of my previous organizations.
