During my search for new AML projects to work on, I had the opportunity to learn about Capgemini and
how their purpose, vision, and high standards in terms of shaping the world a better place matches
my career goals as a ACAMS Specialist. That being said, I felt motivated to reach out to you and
inquire about the AML Analyst opportunity in which I’m able to contribute the most using my
qualifications.
The world moves at a faster rate each day, which means AML Specialist must be able to keep up with
the latest financial crime events and updated with frequent Regulatory updates and trends in Money
laundering in a timely manner. As a professional who possesses this ability, I have successfully helped
various Global banks in reducing their risks and financial crime exposure by providing the right
regulatory and policy updates as required based on the existing KYC procedures.
I was also able to maintain the Quality score of my team by 99% using outlaid CDD/EDD process and
keeping up with regular policy updates, as a Subject Matter Coach I have conducted research on the
Quality and Error trends and performed GAP analysis on the analyst’s quality by which I was able to
train the team and improve their quality.
