Job Profile:-

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Compliance in litigation system and managing new system
• Preparing Dashboard summary of the Pending Litigations, Status update
• Providing general administrative support to the Litigation Team
• Maintaining Inward/Outward Register
• Record Management – Original documents and scanned documents in software /system
• Maintain efficient filling system for easy retrieval of all important papers on daily basis
• Digitization of records / documents
• To take dictation in shorthand of correspondence
• Liaising with various departments, sections and individual.

Description:

• Keeping Track of Inwards and outwards and maintaining record of same.
• Maintaining litigation system, providing training to BU’s and Branches and generating reports.
• Preparing dashboard as and when required
• Maintaining & Processing Billing system
• Digitization of records
• Tacking dictation and correspondence with external lawyers in shorthand.

Requisite Qualification:-

• LLB qualification.

Requisite Experience:-

Essential: 5 years or more experience in legal dept/ Law firm and Tech savvy.

Preferred: Tech Savvy, good communication & interpersonal skill.
