Role Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our agency. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with clients’ advertising objectives and contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and marketing objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop strategic advertising plans that align with clients’ objectives. Identify growth opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling based on client needs and market trends.

• Project Management: Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing campaign proposals, creative concepts, and performance reports. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our agency and its services.

• Content Curation: Curate creative content for our social media accounts and prepare case studies for project documentation.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective campaign implementation and delivery of client objectives. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Curious, enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and explore in the creative media domain.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.

• Understanding of advertising principles, market research, and digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent project management abilities with a knack for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset, ability to analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Tech-savvy with digital platforms and the latest online trends.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word & PPT).

• A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
