The ImpactYou’ll Make in this Role

As an ITeCommerce – Email to Order Specialist you will have the opportunityto tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the mostinnovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will makean impact by:

• Leading the gatheringand documenting of country business and application requirementsfor a customer facing order entry application. Create knowledgearticles for support teams
• Implementing anend-to-end solution globally while leveraging current systemarchitecture
• Determines test scripts thatvalidate gathered business and application requirements. Works withtest lead to resolve defects.
• SupportseCommerce Product Owner to implement the solution globally whilenavigating system and business environmentchanges
• Willingness to be on-call (interestquestion)

YourSkills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role fromday one, Solventum requires the followingqualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree orhigher AND 4 years of experience with Customer e-commerce PurchaseOrders • OR • High School Diploma/GED from AND 8 years ofexperience with Customer e-commerce Purchase OrdersAND
• 3 year of experience creatingapplication documentation for IT Product Owners, Business Users,and Testers. –Mandatory
• 3years as a key contributor to projects as a strong contributor andteam player
• 2 years ofanalyzing, building, and troubleshooting XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, orCSV structured data files, and minimum 1 year of experience withcommunication protocols such as AS2, SFTP. –Mandatory
• 3years of experience working with Software as a Service providertightly integrated with company applications –Mandatory
• Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in thisrole include:
• Bachelor’s degree in informationtechnology from an accreditedinstitution
• Three (3) years ofexperience migrating customer-facing order applications in aprivate, public, government or militaryenvironment
• Skills include fluencyin English, results-driven, highly organized, strongcommunicator.

Worklocation:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Dutiesallow for some remote work but require travel to Bangalore at least2 days per week)
