Dear Sir/Madam,

I am pleased to introduce myself that I am Babu G.S. After successful completion of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2001) and B.Tech., (Mechanical Engineering)-Part time course from SRM University (SRMU) in the year 2012.
I just started my career as a Quality Inspector in an Japanese company for MITSUBA SICAL INDIA PVT LTD (Member of Mitsuba corporation-Japan)- Engine auxiliary modules Manufacturer.

Then I joined as a Diploma Trainee in Brakes India Ltd. Here I gained 1 years of experience in Press shop-Quality Inspector, Basic knowledge of Sheet metal operations & functions such as Shearing/trimming,Bending,stretch forming, piercing, deep drawing,etc.,

Then I joined as a Junior Engineer in Suzlon Energy Ltd. Here I gained 5 years of experience in Receipt Quality, In process inspection and Final Quality inspector.

Then I joined as a Engineer – Quality Assurance in WINWIND Power Energy Pvt Ltd,. I have skills to handle Incoming inspection, In process inspection, supplier Inspection & Tower inspection(Pressure parts) unit to give the desired output as per QHSE requirements as well as Documentation.

Then I joined as a Senior Engineer – Manufacturing and Assembly inspection RRB Energy Limited, Chennai. I have skills to handle In process inspection, supplier Inspection to give the desired output as per requirements as well as Documentation.
Then I joined as a Assistant Manager – Leo Prime Comp Pvt Ltd. skills in understanding customer specific requirements (Vestas, Regen Powertech, ISRO-SHAR, VSSC-Trivandrum, L&T Rubber Machineries) as well as addressing & resolving issues within set timeline for ensuring issues & defects elimination from the process

Now, I am working as a Maxtron Tooling Technologies, Sriperumbudur, Knowledge in tool making process and conventional machine operations and assembly of stamping tools. New tools requirement planning, sourcing & benchmarking with overseas plant & try-out as per customer spec.

Presently I am having total experience of 20+. Years in Tier 1 & OEM Auto components manufacturing organization, Heavy Machinery & Industrial products.

I am familiar with systematic way of working by considering Safety, Quality, Productivity, Costing and Delivery matters. I wish to work in Production, Process, Quality, R&D, etc., I wish to continue my career in Auto components Manufacturing/Wind Energy/ Heavy fabrication & Machinery field.
