SkyJumper Sports & Amusements Pvt Ltd Hiring for General Manager at Pune Full Time

SkyJumper Trampoline Park is an Indoor Amusement Center spread across 17000 SQFT in Creaticity Mall, Pune. We are looking to hire a General Manager to manage the complete facility.

General Manager position is responsible for overall management and performance of the SkyJumper Trampoline Park facility. This is the senior most role in a SkyJumper Center and the entire team of around 15-20 people work under guidance from Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

– Responsible for overall operations management at the Facility as per defined processes thus ensuring rich customer experience.

– Leads the team from the front and consistently in-grain the Skyjumper Culture.

– Works with team to ensure facility is maintained, Inventories are managed, accounts are settled.

– Be a people manager to mentor and motivate his team to drive higher performance standards.

– Manage any escalations by employees and customers.

– Drive the On-line and Off-line Marketing plans for the facility & Brand.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

– Should have excellent command over English & Hindi language.

– Should have 6+ years of experience in customer Service Industry such as Retail Store, Fine Dine Restaurants, Big food outlets, Amusement Parks, Airlines, Hotels etc

– Should have 2+ Years of experience in managing a Facility, it could be Retail Store, Fine Dine Restaurants, Big food outlets, Amusement Parks, Airlines, Hotels etc.

– Decent understanding of customer facing operations, such as POS Systems, Billing, Accounts Management, Customer Service, Feedback Collection, etc

– Has managed a team of 10+ people in past

Expected Start Date: 23/9/2021

Salary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
