Employee Duties & Responsibilities-:
1 ) Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, workflows, processes, applications, tractability matrices, and data dictionaries as relevant, ensuring that the functional documentation, like specifications and functional designs, are kept up-to-date in line with both business corporate strategies.
2) Organize drive requirements gathering.
3) Work with product management in order to understand the business strategy, goals & objectives to assist the development of a clear roadmap to enable that business unit to achieve them.
4) Ensure the product backlog is kept up-to-date.
5) Contribute to the overall technology strategy ensure that customer interests are fully represented.
6) Complete research activities and advise product management and business users on new innovations technologies within the industry.
7) Assist with the submission of new projects across all systems.
8) Own the scoping requirements gathering for assigned projects.
9) Support the head or product and/or product manager in the prioritization of bug enhancement requests, and that business users are kept informed on progress.
10) Participate in competitive analysis exercises.
11) Develop, document, and deliver reporting both periodically on an ad hoc basis.
12) Support work with the leadership team to drive improvements like workflow efficiencies, error reduction/elimination, cost impact, and issue resolution.
13) Work with the escalation coordinator, team leads, and managers to identify error trends possible solutions.
14) Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver user stories, functional specifications conceptual function models, conceptual data models, to a high quality suitable to support the development process.
15) Review deliverables from development team work with the test team to make sure that the final delivered solution was what was originally requested.
16) Ensure that the business remains fully engaged throughout the project life-cycle.
17) Help ensure relevant stakeholders at all levels of the business are aware of product developments aware of specific product concerns with regards to projects.
18) Attend regular user forums to make sure that the product continues to deliver business benefits, and gather product enhancements that drive continuous improvement.
19) Support business users to make sure smooth transition from development activities into production by providing product knowledge during training, uat go live activities.
20) Share expertise experience with less experienced team members.
