Respected Ma’am /Sir,

I am a 2021, B.A.LL.B graduate from Dr Ambedkar College, Nagpur. I am applying for the position of a junior legal associate in your esteemed firm & willing to work as a trainee for the initial months if required. If there are no vacancies I would like to join as an intern. I have worked under advocates practising in District court, High court and Supreme court as well as a few law firms & have learnt a lot during my internships.My areas of interest are IPR & Corporate laws but as it’s the beginning of my career I am open to exploring all the fields.

I am currently training at IP Markets and recently have interned at Kunal Khanna & Co. and have previously interned in Khurana & Khurana, Mumbai, Krishnamurthy and Co. / K Law, Bangalore, Excelon IP, Ahmedabad, Lawhive Associates, Mumbai; RRG Associates, Delhi,choudhary law associates bhopal, Adv Shraddhanand Bhutada (nagpur district court and HC), under Supreme court AOR. I have drafted and researched on various matters during the term of my internship.

I have worked on cases, have done legal drafting (Drafted Notice of Opposition for Trademark, Evidence under rule 45 of TM act Appeals, Suit for permanent injunction & infringement of trademark, drafted Terms & Conditions & Privacy policy for an E-Commerce Website, Petitions, Counter claims, Rejoinder, Legal notices, Replies, T & C agreements etc). I have researched various facets of IPC, CRPC, Intellectual Property rights and Corporate Law, Legal Contemporary Issues, preparing case notes and reading judgments. I have also written various blogs and articles for a few firms during the course of my internship like Khurana & Khurana, Excelon IP, RRG & Associates & Lexlife. I have also been publishing blogs in the field of IPR like“Trademark Licensing” , “Judicial View On Deceptive Similarity – A Closer Scrutiny” have got published at reputed legal portals.

Due to my inclination towards IPR I have done an online course on “Intellectual Property Rights” offered by World Intellectual Property Organization, an online “Advanced Certificate Course on Copyright Law in India” offered by The Law Learners & I am pursuing another online course on “Trademark Law” offered by Coursera.
