I Amrita Kumari applying my candidature in your Company. I am having five years of work experience in the development sector. I have completed my schooling from Holy Cross School, Ghatotand (West Bokaro Division), completed Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. I have completed my post graduation degree in Rural Management from XISS Ranchi.
I want to obtain a position i n an Organization where I can maximize my management skills and my quality assurance, programme development and training experience. I believe that my knowledge, attribute, skills, working experience and inspiration that the position required makes me suitable candidate for this post. I worked as a Program Associate in CASA, I was responsible for coordinati ng, monitoring & evaluation and supporting t he Partners Organi zation in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. I was facilitating & supporting for the preparation of reports for CASA and Partner Organi zations. . I also worked as a Implementation Coordinator in Development Alternative Group. I was responsible for Implement and Monitor the Tara Akshar Programme in Rajasthan. I trained Tara Akshar field team as and when required. Currently I am working as a RD&CE (Rural Development and Convergence Expert) in Rural Development Department of Jharkhand in Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Rurban Mission Project. I am responsible for efficient delivery on awareness generation/ social mobilization/ Institution building/ Community Participation/ Participatory Planning and action through PRA/ Micro Plan and village development plan for mission program areas, responsible for participatory implementation of ICAP with district/block and panchayat level functionaries and community.
