Designation: Intern – People Success (HR)

Work Location: Work from Home (till March’21), Mumbai

About the role:
People Success team at Bizongo is built on a vision to take a leadership role and create a sustainable environment filled with employees inspired towards working in direction of achieving Bizongo’s vision keeping the values of the organisation intact.

Key responsibilities:
Gather relevant information from various systems to develop usable HR dashboards

Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and decompose information into high level details

Collaborate with People Business Partner for various functional activities & requirements

Plan employee engagement activities

Conduct data analysis to draw meaningful conclusions

Support & Develop various e-learning content

Review existing HR processes and suggest improvements

Job Requirements:

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply data driven decisions
