I, Krishna Patel, am currently working as a CAD-CAM engineer and Software handler for a foreign(US)-based company, so I work night shifts. My role and responsibilities for this position include sourcing and quoting for customer BOM and board quantity, where I interact with the clients. Additionally, I have been assigned Administrative tasks that include customer service work which is email chain management, preparing Bill of Material, source and procurement of components, creating a purchase order- track order, customer support, data entry, Excel entry/compare, prepare a report, Handle bunch of software as per client requirement.
