- Achieving Sales Targets as set by Management
- Making Cold Calls
- Organising Site visits and convincing customers to take action.
- Daily,Weekly & Monthly reporting to Management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Handling clients to solve their queries and also sell them residential properties
- Existing client for the Site visits and helping to choose property.
- Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/ventures.
- Conducting events and worksites in various organisations to reach customers.
- Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats.
- Prospecting clients through mediums such as the Internet, Personal contacts, company Databases.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, effectively convert leads into business.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
