I am a post-graduate in chemical and biotechnology from the Department of Technology, University of Pune, Pune. I recently visited your website to get a job. I would appreciate it if you accepted and the after-mentioned CV as an application for a job on your design team.
Over the past few semesters, I have taken several classes that have broadened my background in biotechnology and lab-based technical knowledge. In Animal Tissue Culture, I attended a workshop from the Modern Education Society to access animal tissue culture techniques. Secondly, I have technical handling on GC MS, LC-MS, HPLC, and HPTLC instrumentation during certificate courses from DIC, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Currently, I am a project trainee at Agharkar Research Institute, Pune. I have work experience in zebrafish handling, toxicity testing, and molecular regulation study after the effect of some anti-angiogenic phytochemicals.
I have limited research and teaching experience might consider combining two categories into the experience. Animal handling and toxicity trials I have done in my dissertation work. Itga8 gene spatial and temporal expression in zebrafish embryos. I have done probe synthesis, in situ, qPCR, RT-PCR, RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, Primer designing, etc. Biochemical assay on antioxidative enzymes related to cardiovascular disorders such as GP, GST, Catalase, SOD, etc.
