I have an Associate membership of ICSI, with an experience of 7.5 years and I am also a Law graduate.

I also have almost 4 years of experience of working with a Wholly-owned State Government Company and have expertise in secretarial compliances such as convening of General and Board Meetings, Recording of Minutes, drafting of agreements and documents.
