Here is a small summary of work experience that I have gained so far:
Worked as a Assistant Front Office Manager in Cocoon Hotel, Pune
Supervised everyday operations and activities of the hotel and maintaining a proper coordination between all the departments

Resolving customer complaints in timely manner and dealing with them patiently
Making sure that the security of the hotel is appropriate and every customer is safe inside the hotel. At times, I even provided accounting and administrative assistance
I am also responsible for maintaining the website of my current organization and updating it regularly with offers
Make sure that all the average room rate and maximum occupancy was met every time
I make sure that the customer satisfaction was met at all times and for increasing efficiency I followed the correct administrative systems
