Job Description
About Acko Drive – Service Centers:
Acko is building an automobile ecosystem & creating its network of car repair & service centers. Given the captive demand & customers who reach out to Acko every month to get their vehicles repaired, Acko wants to capitalize on this competitive advantage and create a large network of best-in-class service centers in PAN India.
About the role:
Quality, Training & Audit – Lead will be setting up quality standards for the network, measuring performance against these standards, and setting up training and improvement modules to drive improvement in performance. The incumbent will also be responsible for partnering with key players who provide best-in-class training and make it accessible to the overall network in a systematic way
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for quantification of performance and quality across all functions in service centers
Responsible for setting up soft skill training and technical training modules across the front office, shopfloor, customer service teams, etc
Responsible for partnering with key players who can provide high-quality training in specific technical skills such as painting, mechanical service, etc
Responsible for the effective delivery of training to franchise employees
Responsible for driving auditing, reporting, feedback and coaching to drive improvement
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in the automobile industry
Experience with OEMs in driving training and quality standards across dealerships is a plus
Have a measurement driven mindset to quantify problems and design solutions
