Experience: Min. 2 years

Age: 25 to 45 years

Background: Training experience in Auto / Retail / Hospitality / Aviation & other relevant industries.

Industry: Automobile / Hospitality/ FMCG / Consumer Durable / Service Industry etc. Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Design & conduct customised training programs using combination of theory & hands-on training and introduce continuous improvement in the same,
  • Equip students with the necessary knowledge to manufacture vehicles, diagnose & repair real automotive problems,
  • Utilise a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs,
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices,
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional interactive learning environment,
  • Excellent communication, having ability to use of white board, projector and tools that utilise for training purpose with customer centric approach.
