Description:
We need a recruiter with expertise in hiring for tech startup companies. A great deal of opportunity attracts the best talent. Be involved in creating customized talent-attracting strategies that scale and build quality talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Drive innovative, scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs.

Ability to understand, identify, and source resumes that meet the exact technical requirements for the job.

Conduct a targeted search and headhunt for candidates based on the needs of the business.

Drive internal communication and processes focusing on high visibility of progress.

Adherence to the interview process that supports hiring for AMP’s culture and values

Work intensively with Business Units to improve employee’s effectiveness at identifying the right talent.

Build strong handshakes with key cross-functional stakeholders.

A catalyst for innovative recruiting practices to build an amazing candidate experience, diverse hiring, efficient and effective hiring process, creative sourcing strategies, building top-class internship program, and more…

Assist hiring managers in building attractive job descriptions and help promote the positions online and on other channel networks.

Drive a strong internal referral program.

Expected to be aware of all applicable employment laws and practices.

Requirements –

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and in-house experience)

A strong experience in – national talent sourcing and recruitment coordination, for a fast-paced, rapid-growth organization, for at least the last 2 yrs

Expertise with applicant tracking systems like JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other applications used for sourcing CVs

Must have the ability to read and identify resumes for automotive – Software, Hardware, and Systems engineering.

Strong experience in engaging with interns from the top tech schools/ universities.

Experience in building strong committee-centric, candidate selection programs.

Proficient in the use of social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn, AngelList, Stackoverflow, etc

Partner effectively with functional leaders with strong consulting & and project management skills

Taking corrective measures to decrease the turn-around-time; increase – joined to offered ratio, joined to an interviewed ratio.

Weekly metrics and reports – to the leadership

Maintain process compliance through progress trackers, regular reviews, and internal operational protocols.

Bachelor’s degree

Highly skilled in MS Office suite

Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills

This is not a remote position. This position requires the recruiter to actively interact with the hiring managers.
