Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across social media platforms. They will oversee the growth of the company’s social media presence, create engaging content that resonates with our audience, and analyze data to ensure optimal engagement. The Media Manager should be well-versed in the latest media trends, with a talent for research. They should demonstrate a robust understanding of the latest media trends, coupled with a talent for research. The role demands an individual who can develop strategic media plans, oversee the results of campaigns, and ensure all media activities resonate with the company’s vision and standards.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.

– Curate, create, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

– Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a community-focused manner.

– Oversee the design of social media profiles including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and gallery.

– Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

– Become an advocate for Anisotropic in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

– Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or the industry.

– Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and generate content.

– Stay updated with emerging social media trends and technologies.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field with minimum 5-7 years of experience.

– Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

– Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.

– Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels.

– Demonstrable social networking experience and analytical tools knowledge.

– Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
