As a Sales Advisor , you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in choosing the right two-wheeled vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. You will provide expert guidance, build strong customer relationships, and ensure an excellent buying experience. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting the dealership’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information about our two-wheeled vehicle models, features, and pricing.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s two-wheeled vehicle inventory, including specifications, pricing, and available financing options. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Provide test rides to interested customers, ensuring they experience the quality and performance of our vehicles firsthand.

Test Rides: Coordinate and conduct test rides, ensuring the safety of customers and the proper operation of the vehicles. Explain the vehicle’s features and benefits during the test ride to highlight its suitability for the customer.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, financing applications, and warranty registrations.

Product Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized showroom with well-displayed vehicles. Ensure vehicles are in showroom condition and presentable to customers at all times.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including service technicians and finance professionals, to provide a seamless customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
