Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs.

Diploma / BE Mechanical

3-5 years of experience in quality assurance

Prepare PPAP Documentation, 8D, APQP, ISO/IATF & Supplier Audits, Machining Process knowledge & Parts Supplier Development

Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions

Awareness of different types of Measuring Instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Air gauge, plug gauge, snap gauge, PCD & run out, comparators, height, gauge and so on

Rejection control by using daily tracking concern

Review Day to day inspection of parts at In-Process & First piece approval

Customer complaint handling:– Understand and analysis customer raised concern initiated containment action within 48 hours and carry out root cause analysis with action plan with 8D,CAPA tool at supplier , updating 8D & supporting documents

Handle final & online inspection and customer complaints

Handling Instruments Calibration

Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures

Reviewing Quality Assurance reports

Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR

Facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes
